The known boundaries of states are land, sea, and air borders, but now cross-border technologies have called for the development of strong defense lines for Cyber Borders or digital boundaries, such as television and digital broadcasting and access to national networks of countries. The geographical borders are easy to defend because they are tangible and easy to monitor and pre-prepare to defend them using radar and remote sensing techniques, but cyber borders are difficult to predict penetration, especially since not all countries have the ability to possess the necessary defense technology, it is now easy for any hostile forces to penetrate systems And vital services and control. In order to imagine the danger of this penetration, imagine that hostile entities were able to control the operating system of the electricity network or airlines.

The greatest danger is long-term control of social life by broadcasting materials that stir strife and strife, as well as doubting new generations in religious and national values and trying to distort national constants and symbols, and this is what some hateful and suspicious TV channels do. Technical crimes have increased in an unprecedented way, and they are in a steady increase, especially in what is called the "Dark Web", which is the hidden space for the trade and circulation of everything that is prohibited, such as trade in people, especially children, as well as antiquities, drugs and terrorist acts, and it has increased To make matters worse, these criminals use blockchain to pay for these services, as there is no viable way to track and catch them. The subject is bigger than that. The "dark internet" is part of a larger network which is the "deep internet" or Deep Web. In this dark and deep space, sites are not ranked on search engines.

In a study by the Rand Research Center in cooperation with the University of Manchester, the study found that 42% of the volume of dark trade is for arms sales, followed by human trade.

Dealing with that dilemma requires awareness from all groups of society of its dangers, as we need to educate ourselves and our children on these issues, and there is a great role for our universities and research centers to find out what is going on in this world, as there is a need for national strategies and allocating the financial, human and technical resources necessary to address those Transcontinental hazards and traditional borders, there is no objection to the presence of close monitoring and continuous follow-up of everything that is going on above and below the ground. Even the developed countries give up the principle of freedom of expression and personal freedom when it comes to security and national peace, the future seems frightening and may There were not major shocks, but those risks could be dealt with by developing defensive forces for cyber borders armed with technology and investment in research and development.
