Fatty liver is a common health problem today due to the improper lifestyle that many people follow.

The German Federal Center for Health Education explained that the fatty liver is caused by unhealthy nutrition, that is, a lot of fats, sugars and carbohydrates, noting that other causes are also diabetes, lack of movement, and psychological tension.

Symptoms of a fatty liver include a feeling of bloating and pressure in the upper abdomen, yellowing of the skin and eye, as well as itching, nausea and vomiting.

The doctor should be consulted as soon as these symptoms are observed to diagnose the disease early, to avoid the potentially severe consequences of cirrhosis and liver cancer.

To prevent fatty liver, a healthy lifestyle based on healthy nutrition (less fat and sugars, more vegetables and fruits) should be pursued, and exercise and motor activities should be discontinued, with smoking cessation and drinks, and avoiding psychological stress.
