Ingredients for 4 persons :
1 can canned coconut milk (397 g)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (397 g)
3 eggs
Grated coconut (optional)
Production :
Preheat your oven to 160 ° C.
Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl (you can add more grated coconut if you wish).
Once the mixture is well mixed, pour into a non-stick pan, and cook in a water bath for 55 min (or 40 minutes for small individual molds.) Let them cool before putting them in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
Unmold the flan, powder it with coconut powder and serve with a caramel.
