Olivier Poels is a rice pudding pro. He shares with the listeners of the Table des bons vivant his recipe and its variants. 

Ingredients for 1 to 2 people: 

1 to 2 vanilla pods

Whole milk

Rice

Sugar 

Measuring utensil:

1 glass 

Production :

In a casserole dish or large saucepan, pour 1 glass of rice for 6 glasses of milk. Add ½ glass of sugar.

Cook for one hour in a casserole dish over low heat.

Variation: add cocoa powder, the equivalent of ½ glass.

Multiply the quantities: if you are 4-6 people, multiply by 3.
