Confined with the dancer and pole dance teacher Claire Francisci, the actor and humorist Arnaud Ducret takes advantage of the confinement to learn this demanding discipline combining acrobatics and gymnastics. He even tried to position the crucifix upside down and tells about Europe 1, at the microphone of Anne Roumanoff.

For some, confinement is also an opportunity to practice a sporting activity, and why not original. This is the case of Arnaud Ducret, comedian and humorist confined with his fiancée Claire Francisci, dancer and pole dance teacher. The artist gives online lessons to his students, barbell but also fitness and muscle building. "Sometimes I go downstairs, I go into the living room and she's on a bar doing tricks!" Says the actor.

The position of the crucifix upside down

"She really defends the Pole dance circus. Precisely, she does everything to remove this image of a nightclub with the tickets in the pants," insists Arnaud Ducret. "We're not in there at all!" Former Crazy Horse dancer, Claire Francisci set up her own pole dance school in 2014, Pole Spirit, in Paris. She has participated in several competitions and on the program La France has an incredible talent .

Pole dance is a demanding discipline combining gymnastics and acrobatics. Arnaud Ducret tried to achieve some figures despite his 1.90m and 98 kilograms. "I put myself on the bars and I hold myself by the legs". A position of the crucifix upside down, to "spend beautiful evenings", he jokes. "Your legs are holding you and your arms are outstretched and upside down. I did it, well it changed my life."

The opportunity for this hyperactive to occupy himself during this confinement period which already seems too long to him. "I can't take it anymore. I'm not going to make you the sentences 'It's good because we meet', 'We can relive things with our children', no I want to go outside to drink a beer, leave keep me quiet, "he quips.
