Publicity

But some sectors already know that they will have to wait (without knowing until when) to start resuming their activity. Among them, hotels, cafes and restaurants. Our guests  :
Thierry Grégoire , national president of the seasonal branch at the Union of Hotel Trades and Industries (UMIH). He is the owner of 5 hotels and restaurants in Toulouse, Chairman of the independent group NT Hôtel Gallery
Stéphane Jégo , business manager, chef and owner of l'Ami Jean restaurant, treasurer of the Culinary College of France. They launched a petition asking the French state to declare the natural health disaster.
