At 19:17 on April 16, three severely imported patients with new coronary pneumonia who were admitted to the Suifenhe port of the Hongqi Hospital affiliated to the Mudanjiang Medical College in Heilongjiang Province became mild. He was transferred from the Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College of Heilongjiang Province to import and treat severe and critically ill cases to Kang'an Hospital of Mudanjiang City to accept mild and common cases.
