The gardens of La Mamounia (Marrakech)

For over 90 years, passionate gardeners have been working daily in the legendary La Mamounia gardens, whose origins date back to the 17th century, when Prince Al Mamoun received them from his father, King Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdallah, as a wedding gift.

Walking around them is a dream at any time of the year. The majestic central promenade lined with centuries-old olive trees, the area of cacti , -small and large, more than 20 species of all possible forms-, perfectly aligned orange and lemon trees, rose bushes , jacaranda trees and bougainvilleas, the large outdoor pool Surrounded by palm trees ... Another of the treasures of these idyllic gardens is the orchard , where aromatic plants such as coriander and lemon verbena, to vegetables, are planted, more than 30 species in total that are later used in kitchens of the hotel.

The Japanese Garden in Toulouse

It is one of the three gardens of Toulouse named notables ( Remarkable Garden of France ) by the French Ministry of Culture, next to the Royal Garden and the Jardin des Plantes . Located in the Compans-Caffarelli park, it has all the elements, symbology and atmosphere of a Japanese garden: a small lake, a tea pavilion, decorative lanterns, the characteristic red-colored bridge ... created in 1981 and admission is free. It can also be flown over and visited from the Urban Hist website.

The garden of the Hotel München Palace

The garden was designed in 1789 divided into two areas, a military garden and a public park (the first one) in the city of Munich. In 1792 both parts merged and today it has 78 kilometers of trails and icons such as a Greek-style temple, the 35-meter-high Chinese pagoda and a canal where the water flows with such force that the people of Munich take advantage of surfing its flow whatever day of the year.
