9 new corona patients with mild illness already leaving the hotel rented out of Tokyo, April 11 at 4:20

By the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, the transfer of mildly ill patients who have been hospitalized due to the new coronavirus to hospitals and other facilities has taken place. By the 10th, 62 people entered the hotel leased by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, of which nine were tested. It turned out that we had already left the hotel after confirming the negative.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government has set up a business hotel in Chuo-ku, Toyoko Inn Tokyo Station Shin-Ohashi, to provide temporary accommodation for mildly ill patients and asymptomatic patients in preparation for a rapid increase in the number of people infected with the new coronavirus. I borrowed "before" and started transporting this month.

Depending on the city, the rate of patient transfer has so far been between 9 and 25 people per day, and by 10 days a total of 62 men and women have entered the hotel.

Nine of them have already left the hotel after confirming negative results in two rounds of PCR tests at 24 hour intervals.

About 100 people will be staying at this hotel in total, and Tokyo will transfer about 20 to 30 people this weekend.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Infectious Disease Control Division says, "In order to increase the number of accommodation facilities in the future, we first want to establish know-how to prevent contact between staff and patients at this hotel."
