In his January address, the President outlined the vector of demographic mobilization and the need to overcome the protracted "demographic trap." The State Duma as soon as possible prepared and adopted the legislative framework for the implementation of this strategy. It included, among other things, the expansion of the mothercapital program and the provision of free hot meals for primary school students. Then Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin noted that Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin “is committed to creating absolutely all conditions for implementing the provisions of the President’s message”.

Then the coronavirus times came, and again the State Duma did not stand aside, did not go into demagogy and populism - laws were adopted as quickly as possible aimed at social protection of people, families, business, and also aimed at supporting regions in extreme conditions.

The president turned to the nation, and the lower house of parliament immediately began to prepare the foundation for the implementation of his initiatives, including those related to the fight against the transfer of money to offshore. Further, in the State Duma, in three readings, a whole anti-coronavirus package of laws was passed. It contained amendments to the Criminal Code and the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, providing for increased responsibility for violation of sanitary-epidemiological rules and quarantine. Thus, the government and the country are mobilized and confront chaos, not forgetting the long-term prospects and national priority of “saving and increasing the people” with support for fertility and childhood.

The January presidential message came in a situation where there was already an understanding that the coronavirus was on the way. But the state clearly set priorities and allocated substantial amounts, for example, for free school lunches. This was done in order to prevent another failure and pit, because although the virus is dangerous, it is fleeting and demography is something that we will have to deal with constantly. This is a strong power that does not succumb to panic and does not stagger from side to side.

A similar algorithm was applied in the lower house of parliament after the recent meeting of President Vladimir Putin with the heads of the regions, during which he again spoke about supporting the population and business in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. This includes the provision of mortgage, credit vacations to citizens, and federal payments to doctors, as well as support for families where parents were temporarily unemployed. Regarding the business, not only a delay has been introduced in the payment of insurance premiums, but a whole support program is being prepared.

That is, we are not observing spontaneous chaotic reactions, but a consistent and verified state and personality-oriented strategy, where the president, government and parliament act in a single and extremely effective mix.

It is tested and verified, including under extreme conditions, but it is not primarily oriented towards them, but represents an effective model for the further development of the country.

Coronavirus battles are in full swing. They say that self-isolation and separation of people will help to overcome the infection, open its damaging circuit. But this is only outwardly. In fact, we are talking about the unity of the nation. We are witnessing the country's transition to a new level of public consciousness, including in the field of decision-making. The discipline of society becomes the pronounced opposite of the chaos that the destructive energies of the virus carry.

In this contrast and struggle, a new elite of the country is forged - service people, state militias, the need for which has long been spoken of, as well as the extreme importance of finally overcoming the psychology of timelessness. In the same State Duma, now this “militia” is acting quite effectively, harmoniously and guided by the interests of the state and the individual. It is no coincidence that constitutional amendments provide for the enhancement of the status of this authority and the provision of new powers to it.

Another plus of what is happening is that such a test will help overcome the temptation of "Perestroika 2.0." They were more and more “irradiated” by people with honeyed sirens that disgust and nihilize the present and offer golden mountains, if you go there I don’t know where. The same coronavirus taught society to value the real, and not to get numbed by the attractive promises, which, at best, hide a shish.

It is no coincidence that voices are already being heard in the West as if Russia weakened by the coronavirus would beg for the lifting of sanctions, and then, out of a feeling of gratitude to the "civilized" countries, it would give Crimea to Ukraine. They do not proceed from reality, but reason with patterns. Remember that this has already happened. The country wasted and destroyed itself in the euphoria of this kind of “thanks”. They think that the take of all this is somehow ridiculously organized now.

While Trump is virtually plowing and colonizing the lunar spaces, while the EU is experiencing a viral fever, or even falling into a fever, we should maintain sanity and fight for the country's health.
