Affected by the cold air, there will be strong winds and dust in Xinjiang, western Gansu, and central and western Inner Mongolia from the 9th to the 11th.

Yesterday, snow (rain) or sleet fell 2-12 mm in parts of eastern Heilongjiang, central and eastern Jilin, and southern Tibet; moderate to heavy rains occurred in parts of southwestern Hubei, northern Chongqing, and eastern and southern Hainan Island.

From the night of the 9th to the 11th, there are moderate to heavy rains in the eastern southwestern region, southern Jianghan, southern Jiangnan, and southern China. Among them, there are heavy rains in parts of eastern Guizhou, eastern Hunan and southwestern parts, and northwestern Guangxi. When the rainfall is strong, the maximum hourly rainfall is 30-50 mm, and it is accompanied by strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds.

In addition, from the 9th to the 10th, there were small to moderate rains in the central and southern parts of North China and most of the Huanghuai River, with heavy local rains.

Affected by the cold air, there will be strong winds and dust in Xinjiang, western Gansu, and central and western Inner Mongolia from the 9th to the 11th. The cooling range in the above-mentioned areas is generally 4 ~ 8 ℃, in some areas 8 ~ 12 ℃, the local area is above 12 ℃, and it is accompanied by 5-7 winds. The wind power in the north of the eastern Xinjiang is 9-10, and the gusts can reach 11 ~ Level 12. Some areas along the northern foothills of the Tianshan Mountains and the southern Xinjiang Basin, western Gansu, and western Inner Mongolia have sand and dust weather, and there are local sand and dust storms. The Central Meteorological Observatory issued a sand and dust forecast at 06:00 on April 9.

From the 9th to the 12th, the cold air will also affect most of the central and eastern regions, with a cooling range of 4 to 8 ° C and accompanied by winds of 4 to 6 degrees.

Specific forecasts for the next three days

From 08:00 on April 9 to 08:00 on April 10, parts of the high-altitude region in western Xinjiang, northwestern Hebei, eastern Tibet, southern Qinghai, and northern Sichuan Plateau have small to moderate or sleet snow; There are moderate to heavy rains in parts of northern Huanghuai, eastern southwest, northwestern Hunan, southern Hainan Island, and southeastern Tibet. There are 4 to 6 winds in parts of northern Xinjiang and eastern southern Xinjiang Basin, Hexi in Gansu, central and northern Shaanxi, central and western Inner Mongolia, central and southern Liaoning, southern China, Huanghuai and northern Tibet (see Figure 1).
