SVT broadcasts the global support gala One World: Together at Home on Saturday 18 April. Galan is a collaboration between Global Citizen and WHO, after what should have started as an idea from Coldplay singer Chris Martin.
Tonight's hosts are Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert and viewers will see and hear performances from, among others, Billie Eilish, Elton John, Andrea Bocelli, Paul McCartney, David Beckham, Chris Martin, Lady Gaga, Eddie Vedder, Stevie Wonder, John Legend and many more.
The purpose of the gala is to pay tribute to the medical staff who work to curb the spread of the virus.
One World: Together at Home airs live on SVT Play on Saturday, April 18 at 2am. The broadcast can also be seen in reprint in SVT1 on Sunday 19 April.
