Earlier, the prosecution insisted that Noel injected a motorcycle while driving drunk with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.12% on a road in Mapo-gu, Seoul on the morning of September 7, last year, and told Mr. A that he was worried about being discovered. 'I have made a false statement and handed it over to the court in spite of disability.

The items in which Noel was prosecuted include violations of the law related to weighted punishment for certain crimes (risk driving risks), violations of the Road Traffic Act (drunken driving), teachers of escape, and allegations of violation of special laws against insurance fraud.
On this day, Noel admitted to the prosecution's allegations of prosecution, but asked to review the sentence for allegations of insurance fraud.
