"Professionalism in learning", some people may be surprised by this new concept. Professionalism refers to mastery, mastery and even continuity, and this is exactly what we mean by this term, meaning that the individual possesses the ability to learn professionally and continuously, but how and when does the individual reach this professionalism in learning? Is it a future matter?

The human being we want for the future is a "learning professional."

I affirm at the beginning that the accelerating technological age in which we live, and the thought of our wise leadership, taught us that the real bet is man, because everything may change in a moment and what we see in the future may turn into reality at any moment, and this always invites us to prepare man to be ready with the knowledge and skill to deal With variables.

And the human being that we want for the future is "the professional of learning", meaning that he reaches an advanced stage in building his knowledge in what we call "professional learning", which reflects how a person acquires knowledge and skill by relying on himself, even if we quickly notice how the stages of education have evolved, it is from the existing stage of education On indoctrination (the primary role of the teacher) to “interactive” education (the role is shared between the teacher and the student), and then education that focuses on building knowledge, and empowering the student with the 21st century skills that make him more capable of creative thinking, analysis, problem solving, etc., meaning more role Effectiveness of the student, with reference to That there are stages of education that have remained for many years until they have changed, unlike what is happening today with technological development, and the nature of the generation that receives education, and the evidence is that the skills we have built with students, and our bet on today's generation was correct, and we saw clearly in the shift towards the application of «learning Online », and our students succeeded in keeping pace with this transformation, as it addressed them to the language of technology and its tools that represent their language and passion, and this is the generation that I mean in my talk about the concept of“ professional learning ”.

The student today - who has become education a service that reaches him wherever he is, and succeeded in continuing his studies "remotely", according to the study plan developed for him successfully - will develop his role with this transformation through the technological skills he possesses, which he invests in distance learning, which will enable him in the future From "professional learning", where he will be able to assess his capabilities, build his knowledge goals, and plan to continuously develop himself in what we call "lifelong learning", meaning that his education will not be confined to a study plan drawn up by his university, which is no longer the only educational service provider for him, Rather, the student with his skills will be "a learning professional M »and able to take advantage of many educational institutions that provide online services, which enables him to develop himself, and thus the student realizes that the certificate is a means and not a goal in itself, which means that learning is an ongoing process that exceeds the limits of the certificate which is a means through which he seeks« Learning Professional »to build his accredited knowledge balance to support his professional development.

Education will develop amazingly to keep pace with the technological revolution and the nature of today's generation (the generation of the fourth industrial revolution), and this requires that we be prepared for the dimension.
