Just like the city of Paris, that of Cagnes-sur-Mer (Alpes-Maritimes) has decided to tighten the screw for athletes, or rather those who would tend to abuse the excuse of physical exercise to get out of their confinement. The municipality announces this Tuesday afternoon to have taken a municipal decree "prohibiting sports activities from 10 am to 7 pm", niche also chosen in the capital.

"Faced with the loosening of compliance with the confinement rules noted and signaled in particular by the prefect, the mayor of Cagnes-sur-Mer made the decision to intervene in order to enforce these absolute rules", indicates the city. It specifies that the text was signed "in consultation with the National Police responsible for finding and punishing abuses".

A "measure of general interest"

This "measure of general interest" is complementary to the prefect's order imposing a curfew from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. on the entire department, recalls the city of Cagnes-sur-Mer.
