After investigation, the police found that the suspect had bought a flight ticket to Hong Kong at 18:00 on the same day. Li Jian and others immediately rushed to the Erdos Airport and arrested the suspect in the boarding passage. Subsequently, Li Jian drove the suspect back to Tangshan overnight.
The two police officers escorted with Li Jian, one of them took cold medicine and the other had no driver's license, 980 kilometers away.
