This Monday evening, the Regional Health Agency (ARS) announces 36 new deaths in 24 hours and 681 additional confirmed cases of new coronavirus. It is still the Bouches-du-Rhône department that is hit the hardest by the Covid-19. The Marseille area alone accounts for 28 of the 36 new deaths recorded since Sunday evening. Since February 28, 8,634 people have tested positive for coronavirus in the region and 231 in total have died from the disease.
