A female, a retired person. Reported to visit relatives in New York, USA on January 17 and live with her husband and son. From January 18th to March 13th, take a daily outdoor walk and go shopping at a nearby Chinese supermarket without going out with a mask. His son went to school locally and traveled to France and the UK from March 8 to 13. On the 20th, the mother and son departed from New York, USA, and transferred to ANA flight NH961 to Beijing via Tokyo, Japan. They arrived in Beijing on the 22nd. The mother and the child had no abnormalities in body temperature detection when boarding and leaving the aircraft. After the customs quarantine and entry, there was no abnormality in the health declaration, and they were transferred to a centralized medical observation point for isolation and observation. From March 22 to April 3, the woman's stool frequency increased significantly, but her traits did not change and her body did not have other abnormalities. Samples were collected from the isolation observation point on April 3 for active detection of new coronavirus nucleic acid, and the results were positive. That night, they were transported by 120 emergency vehicles to Xiaotangshan Hospital for isolation treatment. Combined with the patient's overseas travel history, lung imaging, blood test and other diagnostic basis, he was diagnosed as a confirmed case on the 5th, and the clinical classification was ordinary.

The first symptom in this case was a non-respiratory symptom, and the symptoms were not typical, which did not attract the patient's attention, but the patient can actively cooperate with the isolation point staff to carry out screening and nucleic acid testing, and found a positive result.
