Case 1 is a French nationality, a cargo plane crew, departed from France on March 31, arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport on April 1, and was sent to a designated medical institution for observation after entering the customs due to symptoms. Comprehensive epidemiological history, clinical symptoms, laboratory tests and imaging findings, etc., were diagnosed as confirmed cases.

Case 2 is of Chinese nationality and works in Russia. He departed from Russia on March 28 and arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport on the same day. After entering the customs, he was isolated and observed. Symptoms appeared during the period. Comprehensive epidemiological history, clinical symptoms, laboratory tests and imaging findings, etc., were diagnosed as confirmed cases.

The two imported confirmed cases have been transferred to designated medical institutions for treatment, and 10 people who have been in close contact with the flight have been tracked, and all have been implemented for centralized isolation and observation.

From 0 to 24:00 on April 4, there were no new confirmed cases of local new coronary pneumonia in Shanghai.
