Saudi media outlets quoted an official source in the Ministry of Interior as announcing the decision to prohibit roaming throughout the cities of Makkah and Madinah all over a period of (24) hours per day from today until further notice.
Saudi media outlets quoted the Ministry of Interior as saying that the curfew was prohibited throughout the cities of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Al-Madinah Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah for a period of (24) hours per day, with continued entry to or exit from it, as of its date and until further notice.
The ministry added that the decision does not include preventing the entry and exit of groups excluded from employees of vital sectors in the public and private sectors, whose actions require their continued performance during the prevention period.
The ministry called on everyone to sense their individual responsibilities and to follow the directions, and to adhere to the isolation measures in the public interest.
