The Sharjah Girl Guides Commission launched two initiatives, allowing girls to participate in them remotely from homes, in order to continue their educational and awareness activities, and in implementation of preventive health and safety measures, which require the implementation of the social separation policy.

The competition targeted flowers (7-11 years), female guides (12-years old), and advanced female guides (16 years and over), and required the use of water colors, acrylic colors, wax colors, markers, or electronic drawing, as they will be used Winning boards to congratulate UNHCR accounts on social media.

The second initiative is a sports competition entitled "The 7000 Step Challenge", with the aim of encouraging girls to continue walking in their homes, and turning them into a daily activity to raise their physical fitness.
