"You don't need to ask your doctor"

The rules for prescribing hydroxychloroquine have in fact been slightly expanded by the Minister of Health with a decree published recently, said the doctor. "Hydroxychloroquine can be prescribed for patients who are hospitalized and oxygen-dependent, that is to say that they need oxygen to breathe. For them we can offer them treatment", explains Jimmy Mohamed.

On the other hand "if you have no criteria of severity there is no reason to prescribe you plaquenil (the drug containing hydroxychloroquine ndlr). It is useless to ask it to your doctor and even less to move to a pharmacist for that, "said the doctor.
