It is specified that the previous record for March 28 was recorded in 2007. Then the air in the capital warmed up to +15.3 ° С.
Earlier it became known that the fifth day temperature record for March was broken in Moscow.
However, from March 30, the Hydrometeorological Center predicts a sharp cooling in the capital.
