Coronavirus: 95-year-old Gertrude Fatton survived the virus - 20 Minutes

Earlier this month, a nasty cough had nailed her to bed for a week. Then appeared symptoms of worsening coronavirus infection. While in respiratory failure, Gertrude had therefore been rushed to the hospital in La-Chaux-de-Fonds.
"I never expected to die"
“When I arrived at the hospital, the doctor asked me if, whatever happened, I should be intubated. I replied no and I said to him: "you let me go quietly". But I never expected to die! ", She says.
After a week of treatment with antibiotics and chloroquine, Gertrude Fatton was able to return home, under the care of her daughter, Jacqueline.
