[Explanation] With the continuous development of the global epidemic situation, strict prevention of overseas import of epidemic situation has become a top priority. In the face of challenges, communities in Shanghai are also using their brains to find ways to make "eighteen martial arts" debut, and strictly adhere to the "last meter" of the closed loop of epidemic prevention. On March 27, the reporter came to Pinzun International Community, located on Shiquan Road, Putuo District, Shanghai, and visited the home to find out how to isolate the home.

Shen Zong, the party branch secretary of Pinzun International Residential District, told reporters that the community had a total of nearly 1,500 households. At the peak of the epidemic, the number of isolated households exceeded 200 households. Although the de-isolated personnel have resumed their normal lives, the community's epidemic prevention work has not been relaxed at all, because more than 10 people from overseas have returned to the community.

[Contemporary] (Shen Zhen, Secretary of the General Party Branch of Shanghai Pinzun International Residential District) Our neighborhood committee is also responsible for the supervision and service of these residents' home isolation. When we work, we first notify and contact our overseas personnel. In fact, contact refers to the communication of information between foreign personnel before returning to Shanghai. Our line cadres will add the other party's WeChat in advance to promote our recent A policy, and some notifications you should know when you return. Establish a trust with each other before returning, which can greatly help work efficiency after returning.

[Explanation] At the gate of Pinzun International Community, the reporter noticed a "arming map" of the quarantine staff. The layout of the community was detailed and the house numbers of the quarantine households were classified. The blue dots represent people from Hubei who come to Shanghai, the red dots represent people from overseas who come to Shanghai, and the green dots represent people who have been separated.

[Contemporary] (Shen Zhen, General Secretary of the Party Branch of Shanghai Pinzun International Residential District) This ("Army Map") is a public map of our community. This is to let residents know how many isolated households there will be in the community, and Where is it? We can monitor it together, effectively prevent unauthorized households from going out, and make our residents more aware, and avoid panic.

[Explanation] The home of Ms. Yao, who returned to Shanghai from Britain, is one of these "red dots". The reporter followed in the footsteps of Shen Ye and came to the door of Ms. Yao's house, which happened to be delivered by Ms. Yao. Using a non-contact method, Ms. Yao got her takeaway. She said that everything is normal now, and she also agreed with the related home isolation measures adopted by the community.

[Contemporary] (Ms. Yao, Home Isolation Officer) We returned to Shanghai on March 21, from the United Kingdom (back). Because we meet the conditions for home isolation, we have a centralized distribution center in the airport and pass the epidemic prevention department It was sent directly to our community, and the dedicated staff of the community sent us to our home. On the same day (at), home isolation has begun, so the door sensor is also installed. In fact, it is very convenient, because when we eat and drink, we usually buy it online. Because of a special working condition of me, I don't think it is greatly affected by working at home.

[Explanation] Shen Huan said that for overseas returnees, on the day of isolation, community workers will notify the streets to install door magnets. Once the door is opened, the neighborhood committee, the street, and the police will receive a text message reminder and understand the situation in a timely manner.

[Contemporary] (Shen Zhen, Secretary of the Party Branch of Pinzun International Residential District) For foreign returnees in our community, we will also notify the street on the day of his or her isolation to install a door magnet for him or her. In one day, we gave the quarantine two opening times, once for one purchase of his or her meals, and another time for the transportation of household waste. If we communicate, many foreign (back to Shanghai) quarantines will still be able to accept this method. In this way, the safety of other residents in the community will be greatly guaranteed.

[Explanation] Shen Yun said that in order to do a good job in community epidemic prevention and control, we need to unite forces from all sides, and community property personnel have also made great contributions in epidemic prevention and control. To this end, the general party branch of the community also initiated fundraising for frontline staff such as security and cleaning, as a thank and encouragement.
