Recently, Liaoning Province's first pilot project for intelligent control of straw burning prevention was settled in Hunnan District, Shenyang City.
[Explanation] According to the introduction, the pilot project for intelligent control of straw burning prevention in Hunnan District uses infrared thermal imaging and visible light binocular heads, and uses intelligent algorithms to embed heat sources and smoke detection recognition systems. Relying on the high-altitude resources of the Shenyang Iron Tower, it focuses on agriculture. The area conducts proactive monitoring of 24-hour fire conditions. It can realize accurate fire point investigation, fast fire point positioning, and prompt police enforcement. The system comes with video, picture forensics and fire point navigation functions, which can provide detailed evidence for law enforcement and disposal.
[Contemporary] Bai Yingying, Engineer of Hunnan Ecological Environment Branch of Shenyang City: This system (pilot project of intelligent control of straw burning prevention in Hunnan District) can automatically capture fire points, save images, and play back functions. These are all good for us. Fire point verification and law enforcement provide convenient conditions.
[Explanation] At present, the actual monitoring and control range of the pilot project of straw banning and burning control in Hunnan District is more than 200 square kilometers. Since the operation, 2 suspected fires have been correctly investigated and handled, and the average daily inspection can be reduced by more than 350 people in the future.
