The British government has warned of the danger of following prescriptions promoted on social media and claiming to treat the Coronavirus.

Among these recipes are lemon juice, hot water, raspberry syrup and onion slices, noting that such false treatments are very popular in some pages and social groups, which include hundreds of thousands of followers.

The CCDH stated that such recipes should be avoided and should not be answered or republished, as this will contribute to their further spread, stressing the need to inform these publications to be deleted.
