At the end of the episode of "Top Chef" broadcast Wednesday March 25 on M6, a candidate of the team of Paul Pairet had to leave the adventure. The candidates clashed over a dessert without sugar and raw and cooked meats.

A week after the elimination of Pauline, the Top Chef candidates still in competition clashed under the leadership of Philippe Etchebest, Hélène Darroze, Michel Sarran and Paul Pairet. In the episode broadcast on Wednesday March 25 on M6, it was ultimately Pauline who was eliminated.

The candidates first had to convince the grand chef of the star palace George V, Michaël Bartocetti, by making his own specialty: an "innovative" dessert, with no added sugar. The chef had to eliminate one of the plates without even tasting it, on the simple visual criterion. It was that of Gratien, of Philippe Etchebest's brigade, which was dismissed. Two pairs were distinguished at the end of the test, ensuring that they qualified for the following week: David and Mallory (brigade of Hélène Darroze) as well as Diego and Martin (brigade of Philippe Etchebest).

Raw and cooked meat

For the second test, the candidates had to concoct two meat plates, a raw version and a cooked version, with a link between the two recipes. It is the star chef Christophe Hay who decided between them. He qualified three plates, those of Nastasia (brigade of Michel Sarran), Gratien (brigade of Philippe Etchebest) and Adrien (brigade of Paul Pairet).

The "last chance" test was contested at the end of the broadcast by Mory and Justine, both from Paul Pairet's brigade. A complicated test since the latter had to decide between them in one bite ... and blindfolded. Mory's cucumber jelly oyster was more convincing than Justine's stuffed oyster.
