On March 25, QD704 flight from Sihanoukville, Cambodia to Nanchang arrived at Nanchang Changbei International Airport at 14:10, with 167 passengers on board and 6 crew members. The crew members returned to Cambodia without leaving the aircraft.

According to an official report, when Nanchang Customs conducted health check cards, temperature screening and medical inspections on 167 passengers, 15 passengers (including 4 from Jiangxi and 11 from overseas) were found to have fever, cough, and sore throat. , Diarrhea and other symptoms.
