The matter is easy and simple, even if it is a matter of exempting some tenants from paying rents, or providing services in support of government efforts in any way, or providing goods at reasonable prices without exploiting the general situation, or any humanitarian initiatives, whatever their shape or size.
They also deserve support, and they also need government intervention, we do not deny that, the government that stood with them in prosperity and ease, and provided them with capabilities and facilities, and all the fundamentals of the financial and business world, certainly will not abandon them today, and they fully realize and value their role, importance and economic weight, and this What we have seen since the beginning of the crisis, where government decisions to pump 100 billion dirhams, and provide a package of facilities and support for all economic sectors. There is absolutely no doubt that such decisions will not stop to support the sectors affected by the Corona virus.
Everyone should help everyone, this is the principle, and it is now required that all government departments and agencies review their laws, decisions and fees, to reduce the negative effects of companies and businessmen, even if they are forced to suspend some fees, or suspend taxes exceptionally for several months to come, in line with the conditions The exceptionalities experienced by the markets and companies, and in return, these companies and large investors and traders restore their accounts in order to facilitate the small investors, and contribute to support the government efforts.
Commercial malls deserve special support in relation to electricity and water bills and licensing fees, for example, and their owners, in turn, are required to reconsider the rents they impose on owners of shops and restaurants, who suffer much more difficult conditions than the owners of malls!
