The agency stated that the robot was made by distinguished children in the field of programming and robotics and under the supervision of specialized engineers. Engineer Hazar Nayouf stated that "the robot is provided with a set of voice recording manually or remotely that allows dealing with the injured from behind a crystalline curtain and communication between the patient and the therapist is done through the audio broadcasting of each of them through the robot."
