Same thing if you have food delivered to your home. There is no risk of contamination by the food itself, but we cannot rule out the possibility that the person who prepared or delivered your meal is himself contaminated. So the best thing to do is to unpack the food, discard the packaging immediately, and then wash your hands thoroughly. It is always good to take the maximum of precautions since this can avoid some contaminations!
