A video posted on YouTube this Sunday features children whose parents are mobilized for the proper functioning of society in the face of the coronavirus. Health workers, truck drivers, supermarket employees, law enforcement or garbage collectors cannot telework and are therefore more exposed to Covid-19.

My father is a truck driver and has to be on the road and in contact with people so that you can eat so please stay at home! https://t.co/gDzZ0oGPlo

The protagonists of the clip residing in six different departments therefore ask the population to protect their parents by staying at home in order to limit the spread of the virus. Their 2.5-minute musical message, spotted by the Huffington Post, is called "We count on you", a slogan taken up by many children in the images.

They call for respect for the law

At the beginning of the video, a little boy plays the piano and addresses "to all those who do not listen, to all those who feel stronger". He asks them to respect "the law" and "everyone around you". “Listen as children listen, asks the young musician. Set an example ”. "Please stay at home to protect the caregivers and the traders," enjoin two girls. "Be heroes, stay at home," asks another child.

“Today, we just have a right, it is to be confined to home. It is not hard to respect a law, sings the young pianist to the tune of the song Restos du Coeur. This call to respect the rules has spread across all social networks.
