He was a brave country lord, one of his emblems. Jandilla was his currency, his iron, his life. One of the most prestigious farms, listed and coveted by the figures. That he was going through an extraordinary moment already in the hands of his son Borja. Juan Pedro Domecq confirms the news. He was going through the trance of pneumonia -coronavirus? - and on the night of this Sunday they admitted him. He had remained on his farm until then. He was 74 years old, to turn 75 in October.

Livestock such as Fuente Ymbro, El Parralejo, Daniel Ruiz ... drank from the spring of bravery ... Category and lordship in their work and in their walk through life.

The official history of livestock is the following, but it was much more:

The herd was established in 1930, on the "Jandilla" farm, where it continues today, by Don Juan Pedro Domecq and Núñez de Villavicencio, with cows and stallions of the Marqués de Tamarón and the Count of the Court, both from Parladé and Vistahermosa breed. From its foundation to his death in 1975, it was directed by don Juan Pedro Domecq y Díez, and until 1982 he dealt with the iron of Veragua. In 1978, shortly after the death of don Juan Pedro Domecq y Díez, nine-tenths of the herd were transferred from the iron of Veragua to the current one and began to deal with the name "Jandilla" in 1983. From 1975 to 1986 it was Directed by his son Don Fernando Domecq y Solís, and since 1987, when Don Fernando founded his own livestock, the management is exercised by his brother Don Borja Domecq y Solís, who continues today. The Juan Pedro herd, whose blood runs through numerous Spanish and American livestock farms today, extends to all the countries where brave bulls are raised. The star iron was created in 1943 by the sisters Doña Serafina and Doña Enriqueta Moreno de la Cova with cattle from the herds of their parents of Saltillo origin. In 1970 it was bought by don Juan Pedro Domecq y Díez who eliminated all the cattle.
