According to the website information of the Civil Aviation Administration, the five departments including the Civil Aviation Administration announced on March 22 that, starting at 00:00 (Beijing time) on March 23, all international passenger flights destined for Beijing entered from the designated first entry point.

The announcement was jointly issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, the National Health Committee of the People's Republic of China, the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the National Immigration Administration.

The announcement clearly states that starting at 00:00 (Beijing time) on March 23, all international passenger flights departing from Beijing must be from Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Hohhot, Shanghai Pudong, Jinan, Qingdao, Nanjing, Shenyang, Dalian 12 designated first entry points in Zhengzhou, Xi'an, and Xi'an. The first point of entry designated by each airline flight can be checked on the Civil Aviation Bureau and the airline official website.

Passengers on the above international flights will be quarantined at the first point of entry and go through immigration formalities and clear their luggage. Passengers who meet the boarding conditions for quarantine can take the original flight into Beijing. The cargo carried in the belly compartment was cleared in Beijing.

The arrangements for designating the first point of entry for international flights destined for Beijing and related measures will be adjusted in a timely manner in accordance with changes in the epidemic situation.
