A man arrested during an inspection in Montpellier (Hérault) was placed in custody at the central police station in Montpellier. He voluntarily coughed on the certificate requested by a police officer before spitting in the direction of the official claiming to have the coronavirus, learned 20 minutes from the national police.

He should be prosecuted for willful assault and battery against the guardian of public order. According to union sources, this type of situation has occurred on several occasions in Languedoc and in Roussillon since the introduction of containment.
