We may not soon see the six heroes of Friends gathered together! Because of the coronavirus, the filming of the special program that was to bring together all the cast of the cult sitcom of the 1990s for the launch of HBO Max, is postponed, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
This show, entitled "Friends Reunion Special", was to bring together Jennifer Aniston (Rachel), Courtney Cox (Monica), Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe), David Schwimmer (Ross), Matthew Perry (Chandler) and Matt LeBlanc (Joey) The show Special had to be recorded between March 23 and March 24. The shooting is postponed at the earliest in May.
"At this point, we plan to launch HBO Max with the Friends Reunion Special," a spokesperson for HBOMax told AdWeek. Everything will therefore depend on the period during which the studios will be forced to delay production.
