The Russian Investigative Committee has resumed the investigation into the abduction of Russian pilot Konstantin Yaroshenko by US intelligence agencies and Liberia ten years ago.
Let me remind you that in 2010 Yaroshenko was captured in Liberia, bypassing all legal procedures, tortured and tortured, after which he was taken to the United States. There is no doubt that the case against him is fabricated. As experts suggest, and as Yaroshenko himself writes, testimonies were demanded of him, discrediting the first persons of our state. He refused, and in punishment for this, and not at all for the "drug trade" invented from beginning to end, he was given an unimaginable term: 20 years in prison. The United States, as you know, does not go to the exchange of prisoners.
Americans are accustomed to behaving like bandits off the highway or as a kid in training and sharpening, popping up around the corner. At the same time, for some reason they think that they act as enlightened colonialists, pacifying the rebellious savages.
This is the main mistake of the United States - a catastrophic desynchronous form and content. I want to be great and decide the fate of the world, especially since there are all the possibilities for this. But in order not to look like bandits, it is necessary to comply with external attributes: at least the appearance of nobility, decency, legality. They seem to be trying, the whole Hollywood works for PR of the American army and special services. But time after time, the “noble colonizer” finds himself in a crumpled cardboard crown, and a beautiful suit upon closer examination turns out to be stale, unglazed and stained with stains that suspiciously resemble blood.
The lack of experience stemming from youth and adolescence insolence (only the state is pure babies for 200 years compared with the vast majority of European partners) leads to misconceptions regarding the choice of instruments of influence and extremely rude methods.
What have the Americans achieved by acting so brazenly and impudently around the world? And not only with opponents, but also with all of their supposedly “partners”? The fact that the "partners" made the main conclusion: to agree on something with the Americans is to play thimbles with cheaters. It seems to be no longer fools, with rare exceptions (as a failed state of Ukraine, for example). But even there they pretend that they believe the Americans, more out of hopelessness than naivety. By what, Ukrainian politicians and the oligarchs behind them never suffered naivety, even if they were pretending to be very reliable.
The fact that under such initial conditions the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) confirmed the “resumption of the investigation” of the criminal case against the intelligence services of the United States and Liberia involved in the abduction of Yaroshenko, it sounds somehow solid ...
That is, before that they tried to investigate, something did not work, abandoned the case, and now they suddenly resumed?
I will quote the official statement of the Investigative Committee: “During the investigation of the criminal case, the investigation repeatedly took measures to establish and prosecute persons suspected of committing unlawful acts against Konstantin Yaroshenko. In response to international legal requests for assistance from the competent authorities of the Republic of Liberia regarding the interrogation of persons involved in Yaroshenko’s abduction and the provision of identity information, the investigation has not received any answers to this day, and the competent authorities of the United States have officially refused to provide status information "Yaroshenko’s health, as well as the interrogation of the persons involved in his abduction."
It is surprising why the competent authorities of Liberia and the USA did not respond to requests from the TFR. A mystery covered in darkness, isn't it?
And what will the investigators do now? And all the same: “So, taking into account the information available in the case, the investigator will send inquiries, including repeated ones, to the competent authorities of the USA, the Republic of Liberia in order to obtain data on intelligence officers who committed the abduction of Yaroshenko, information about his state of health, as well as the possibility of interrogating Konstantin Yaroshenko. ”
That is, for ten years, Americans and Liberians were silent, and now we believe and hope that this time they will receive requests and answer? And why would it?
Since there is no reason to hope for an unbearable feeling of guilt on the American side that has awakened, why even play these games with a previously known failed result? Should a strong country and a great power do this?
Our earthly world is built very primitively and cynically since time immemorial. And the most important rule, which always works and under all circumstances, is the right of the strong. No one can question him, despite all the attempts. Actually, when many weak people unite and defeat the strong, this is the same: the weak become stronger.
I am convinced that there are cases when it is possible and necessary to act symmetrically. When it is necessary in a specific plane and for a specific business to put the "partner" in place.
Do we have any suspicions about any American citizens, as well as Liberian citizens? Maybe pilots, maybe representatives of many other traveling professions? Maybe we should ask them questions in the same form as the one that was applied to Yaroshenko? Well, if the frostbitten partner understands only the language of power? Sobering up the process?
Of course, fear is an unstable platform for long-term plans, stable development and effective interaction. International law, mutual respect and consideration of the interests of others are the guarantee of universal well-being. But there are times when good must be with fists. We were not the first to start. And when, if not in the case of the protection of their citizens, they should show these fists from time to time and even apply them.
