At around 8:08 am, JR Sobu Rapid Line has suspended driving on the entire line between Tokyo and Chiba due to a personal injury between Tsudanuma and Inage in Chiba Prefecture. Due to this, even at the stops of JR Chuo and Sobu stations, driving is stopped on the entire line between Mitaka and Chiba.
