I. In accordance with the principle of territorial management, the county (city, district) and development zone epidemic prevention and control headquarters organized the inspection and registration of all local personnel who have returned to Xiang since March 1, regardless of whether they are Chinese or foreign citizens. 2. All units under the municipality shall carry out inspection and registration of all personnel returning to Xiang from this unit and system since March 1, and report the inspection information to the community where they are located.
