On Twitter, the Minister of Health, Olivier Véran, announced that "taking anti-inflammatory drugs (ibuprofen, cortisone, ...) could be a factor in worsening the infection" and recommends seeking advice from his doctor for patients already on anti-inflammatory drugs.

According to the Minister of Health, taking anti-inflammatory drugs could be a factor in worsening the infection in patients with coronavirus. This is what Olivier Véran announced this Saturday in a Tweet.

"Taking anti-inflammatory drugs (ibuprofen, cortisone, ...) could be a factor in worsening the infection. In case of fever, take paracetamol. If you are already on anti-inflammatory drugs or in case of doubt, ask your doctor for advice, "alerted the minister.
