Actress Winona Ryder - Zuma / Starface

Winona Ryder has never seen Johnny Depp commit violence against anyone. This is in essence the testimony that the actress gave at the defamation trial which opposes her ex-fiancé to Amber Heard. The Stranger Things star wrote a "support" letter to the man who shared his life for four years in the 1990s, describing the man he was at the time of their romance.

The picture drawn by Winona Ryder is the opposite of the accusations of domestic violence denounced by Amber Heard. “I knew Johnny very well years ago. We have been in a relationship for four years and I considered him my best friend and a member of my family. […] He has never been violent with me and has never been abusive towards me. Nor has he ever been violent or abusive towards anyone. I only know Johnny as a really good, incredibly loving, extremely caring man who has been so protective of me and the people he loves. I really felt completely safe with him, "said Winona Ryder as reported by The Blast.

Not a liar, but

Winona Ryder also described her relationship with Johnny Depp as "one of the most important I have had in my life". Stating that she "does not call anyone a liar", she adds that it is "impossible to believe these horrific accusations".

Winona Ryder and Johnny Depp were engaged from 1990 to 1993, the actor even being tattooed "Winona forever" on the arm. An inking that he transformed into “Wino Forever”, or “Alcolo pour toujours” in French, following their breakup. The following year, Johnny Depp was arrested for destroying a hotel room during an argument with Kate Moss, with whom he was then in a relationship. No charges had been brought against him, the top model had no injuries, and Johnny Depp had to settle the damage bill at the Mark Hotel.
