Since February 12th, a machine group received the special task of trial production of mask machine and medical protective clothing beading machine by China Weapons Industry Group, and immediately carried out work preparation, parts procurement, production arrangement and other tasks in the state of "acceleration" of all employees After 400 drawings were digested in 4 days, more than 300 technical procedures for this product were prepared for guiding the trial production.
Within 10 days, the group had all purchased 293 outsourced parts of the mask machine, and completed the production of 418 self-made parts, earning valuable time for the full development of the next process.
From February 23 to March 4, the group worked overtime, 24 hours of non-stop, and uninterrupted assembly of mask machine parts and components, and simultaneously carried out joint debugging of machinery and electrical appliances, all performance indicators met the design requirements.
At present, 3 sets of medical mask machines have been delivered to users for batch trial production of masks, helping to win the battle against epidemic prevention and control.
