During this 10 years of development, we have specifically driven the surrounding farmers' families to breed and develop the laying hen industry since 14 years. In total, 7 villages and towns in Datong County have driven more than 2,800 farmers to develop the laying hen breeding industry. During this period, they have no breeding experience, so we provide on-site service, after-sales, sales, and epidemic prevention to guide them on-site service.
[Explanation] Yuan Luming said that at that time, the laying hen breeding industry was valued, and it was mainly aimed at the business opportunities of shortage of eggs and insufficient supply in the Qinghai market. Some of the poor households around worked in cooperatives, and some became members of cooperatives. And implement "unified species, unified production, unified management, unified sales and distribution, unified training and technical services" to improve the breeding skills and economic income of professional cooperative members.

[Explanation] Yin Guangzhong, 64, is from Yinjia Village, Changning Town, Datong County. His wife is sick and his son is disabled. He is identified as a poor household. After joining the cooperative in 2009, he has been engaged in chicken-related work and can earn more than 30,000 a year. Coupled with the help of the government, his family also built a new two-story building the year before.

[Explanation] In January 2018, Yuan Luming invested 23.6 million yuan to establish Qinghai Hetianbao Biological Technology Co., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in the production and processing of organic fertilizers. As a fertilizer plant for poverty alleviation workshops, priority is given to local poor households for employment, and the per capita monthly salary of villagers is 3,500 yuan. At the same time, the fertilizer plant also reached a dividend agreement with Hanjiashan, Tianjia Village, Yinjia Village, Xinzhai Village, and Xi Village in Changning Town. The poor households in these 5 villages received an average dividend of 40,000 yuan per year, and 364 poor households in the county Households distribute 100 kg of organic fertilizer for free every year.
