A British writer and teacher has published an illustrated e-book that it will help young children, in Britain and other countries, understand the chaos surrounding the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19).

The e-book, "The Little Corona King", is marketed through the Amazon Kindle, Apple, and Google Play outlets as a "nice story ... that helps explain, prepare and help prevent the spread of the Corona virus."

Children's storywriter Elie Jackson collaborated with painter Laura Calwood after hearing that a six-year-old (the son of one of her friends) was saddened by a stadium talk about Covid-19 virus.

"It was clear to me that my children were getting information about the virus from many different sources ... My children didn't really understand what was going on, and they started to worry about what might happen," Jackson said.

"I wanted to write a story that would erase this mystery and help put the virus in a context that is appropriate for them while providing them with the information they need," she added.

The book "The Little King of Corona" presents the story of parents explaining the virus and how to prevent it for their two young children.
