Fan said that a large number of masks need to be purchased to ship. Subsequently, on February 24, 2020 and February 29, 2020, Chen transferred funds to Fan to purchase 461,100 yuan. Someone shoved away the goods for reasons such as lack of goods, and then disappeared. Chen was aware of being cheated and called the police.
After receiving the police, the Shibalihe Public Security Bureau fully carried out the investigation. The suspect's current residence was identified in a neighborhood near Yanchang Street, Xinzheng. In order to successfully arrest the suspect, at 12 noon on March 2, the task force went to the suspect's mother's residence to persuade him to persuade her mother to persuade him, and went to Xinzheng Yanchang Street Community for arrest and control. . At around 3 pm on the same day, the arrest team waited by squatting and successfully captured Fan who returned.
After interrogation, the suspect Fan confessed to the criminal facts that he used the epidemic to sell mask fraud. In order to dig deeper into the crime, members of the ad hoc group conducted re-investigation, re-analysis, re-study, and re-analyzed three other fraud crimes committed by Fan in the same way, involving a sum of more than 40,000 yuan.
