New coronavirus 61 severely ill people Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (as of 6th) March 6 23:46

According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, 31 people who have been confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus and who are on ventilators or receiving treatment in the intensive care unit have 31 passengers on the cruise ship as of the 6th. A total of 61 people, including 30 people infected and people infected in Japan. On a cruise ship, one other person is severely affected, although no infection has been confirmed.

It has been confirmed that 15 of the cruise ship passengers who are severely ill are suffering from a medical condition.

By age, 3 people in their 80s, 19 people in their 70s and 10 people in their 60s.

There are 17 Japanese and 15 foreigners.

On the other hand, out of those confirmed to be infected in Japan, the number of those who were discharged after improving their symptoms by June 6 was 311 including the passengers and crew of cruise ships.
