After the great progress achieved in medical research related to cancer and ways to treat it, the prevailing perception of cancer, fear and dread of it changed, as patients seek to continue their lives, and organize their thoughts, habits and lifestyles, to adapt to the physical changes that accompany and cope with cancer.

In conjunction with the "Pink Caravan" march, one of the "Friends of Cancer Patients Association" initiatives concerned with spreading awareness about breast cancer and the importance of early detection, for her tenth knights' march, the breast cancer survivor, Maria Vizkaya, (a Filipina residing in the UAE), presented 10 methods Healthy to cope with injury and prepare for the treatment trip.
