RER B traffic between Paris and Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle airport will be severely disrupted on Wednesday due to a "power supply problem", with zero trains between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and after 8 p.m. learned from SNCF Paris-Nord.
There will be three round trips per hour against eight in normal times during peak periods: between 5h and 10h and between 17h and 20h.
Break in the supply of a catenary
The technicians were at night at the site of the breakdown, between Aulnay-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis) and Roissy, to try to restore the electrical supply of a catenary which experienced a rupture for an unknown reason .
The RER B Twitter account reported a resumption of traffic between Aulnay and Roissy airport overnight. The SNCF recommends that users consult the transilien.com site or take the RATP or Roissybus buses directly.
