(One patient) The condition is still progressing after entering the ventilator. In this patient, we gave him ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) and started blood purification treatment, including our breathing treatment. After 24 hours of continuous exercise, his inflammatory factors decreased significantly. After doing about 6 times, his inflammatory factors are close to the normal range. Now the patient has been transferred to the general ward and may be discharged soon. This is also a result of our multidisciplinary cooperation.

We have summarized some experience during the previous treatment of new coronary pneumonia. We believe that cytokines have reached a certain level and interleukin 6 has reached 4 to 6 times. We think that this patient is likely to start the late stage of the inflammatory storm. As a result of cardiopulmonary damage, we will monitor the levels of cytokines and lymphocyte function for all critically ill patients, which means that we need to intervene earlier and intervene in the inflammatory factor storm through such a technique.
